A private website link will be sent to you to view your designs on line. You may request a sample scroll.


A scroll sample set of your custom design on parchment for $25.00 includes

Scroll Invitations, Reply Cards and 

Mailing Tubes - Prices start at $7.00 per set and per set depending on volume and customization. 

STEP 1 - Item Description

Tell us which scroll items you want: Invitations - Guest Register - Guest Seating - Vows - Poem/Dedication/Resolution, Menus - Place Cards - Scroll Place Cards - Table Numbers. All items can be created with matching designs.


STEP 2 - Size  of Scroll

Size information can be found on the Price List insert. Popular sizes: Invitations 5" x 9"; 

Guest registers and Seating - 16"-22" x 36" - 44". 

Vow scrolls: suggested paper size is 9" x 12" or 11" x14"


STEP 3 - Number Needed

An estimated number of scrolls (specifically invitation scrolls) is needed to determine work time and any applicable volume  or promotion ional discounts. Volume discounts start at 126 invitations.

STEP 4 - Dowel Cap Style/ Color

Dowel caps for invitations are available in 2 styles: acorn and ball (round). Available colors are gold, silver, black, bronze, cafe latte, pecan

STEP 5 - Lettering Style

This lettering will be the body text used for the scroll. More styles


We feature 15 lettering styles on line, but we have hundreds of styles on hand. So if you don't see the style you want, just let us know and we'll get it for you. 

STEP 6 - Initial Lettering

Initial letters are lead letters commonly used for the first letter of names. See

STEP 8 - Parchment  & Color 

See Page 17 of our brochure. Not shown - Blue, Gray, Green, & Pink Parchment. Sheepskin (market price), canvas, linen and velour are special orders. Canvas is great for guest register scroll or large seating charts (over 300 names)

Date for work must be scheduled in advance to ensure completion and timely delivery of scrolls. Minimum 2 -4 week time frame, 4-8 weeks during peak wedding and convention season. A deposit of 50% is due before work can begin. This can be done by Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and "PayPal", Money Order or Western Union  (International Orders) . Balance is due before work is delivered. You will be notified via e-mail.
